Il carro minerale BR da 21 tonnellate, introdotto dalle British Railways tra il 1950 e il 1960, ha avuto una lunga vita operativa trasportando minerali, carbone, minerale grezzo e materiali industriali, continuando il servizio fino alla fine degli anni ’80 e inizio anni ’90.
Questo modello Hornby TT:120, autentico e altamente dettagliato, riproduce fedelmente questi spaziosi carri, nella livrea bauxite (rosso/marrone) dell’era TOPS, con marcature bianche e numero di esercizio ‘B313504’.
